Event and guest access

Share the event link, event name, and the device or browser you were using so we can reproduce the issue quickly.

Purchases and upgrades

Include your platform, transaction ID, and the email tied to your OnceRoll account if a paid tier or unlock did not apply.

Privacy or legal requests

Send requests from the email tied to your account when possible and include enough context for us to verify the request safely.

Before you email

  • Tell us whether you were using the OnceRoll app or the guest web page.
  • Include the date and timezone when the issue happened.
  • For upload issues, mention the device model and browser or app version.
  • For billing questions, include the store receipt or transaction reference.
