Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Some features require an account or guest session.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at support@onceroll.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Paid features, participant capacity upgrades, and pricing are shown in-app or on relevant checkout surfaces.

For mobile purchases, payment processing and refund mechanics may be governed by Apple App Store or Google Play terms.

Except where required by law, purchases are final once delivered. If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact support with transaction details for review.

Camera and photo library permissions are used only for features you intentionally invoke.

Notification permissions are optional and can be managed in system settings.

You are responsible for carrier or data charges and device compatibility.

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload.

You grant OnceRoll a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and back up your content as needed to provide the Service.

If you host a film, you may view and share participant content within that film according to product features and these Terms.

If you join another user's film, your uploads may be visible to hosts and participants based on that film's settings.

Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, or distribute illegal, hateful, or exploitative material.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Do not interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service, including via bots, scraping, or unauthorized automation.

Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

The Service, excluding your content, is owned by OnceRoll or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them to improve the Service without additional compensation.

OnceRoll may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, storage, analytics, and payments.

Third-party providers operate under their own terms and policies, and OnceRoll is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

For iOS, these Terms are between you and OnceRoll, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for OnceRoll support or maintenance obligations, except as required by law or App Store terms.

For Android, these Terms are between you and OnceRoll, not Google. Your use of the Android app must comply with Google Play policies.

If platform-specific end user license terms apply and conflict with these Terms, required platform terms control to the extent of that conflict.

If you believe content in OnceRoll infringes your copyright, contact us with enough detail to locate and evaluate the material, including ownership claims and contact information.

We may remove allegedly infringing material and may suspend repeat infringers where appropriate.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnceRoll disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnceRoll is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, OnceRoll's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to OnceRoll for the Service in the six months before the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OnceRoll from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your content, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access, or remove content, if we believe you violated these Terms, posed risk to users, or created legal exposure.

Sections intended to survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms periodically.

If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service, website, or email where appropriate.

Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

You must comply with applicable export and sanctions laws.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a corporate transaction or reorganization.
